Terminal Mode

Terminal Window Functions

Right-click on the Terminal window to display the following menu:

Terminal Pulldown Menu

The pulldown Terminal menu allows you to capture and save current text, and it also

includes the functions defined above.

• Copy selected text to clipboard.

• Paste from terminal or computer text.

• Clear all text in terminal window.

• Select All text in the terminal window.

• Save... brings up a “Save As” dialog box.

• Change Font... of data text. Brings up a text

dialog.

Change Echo Font...

to change the appearance

of data text from the Imager.

• Disable Echo to turn off echoed data from

the Imager.

•

Change Background Color

of the terminal

window.

• Show Non-Printable Characters in the

terminal window.

• Default Settings to return all of the above

to original settings.

• Capture Text... lets you append

data in real time to a text file of your

choice. While in operation, the text

file cannot be opened. You can select

Pause to interrupt the capture flow

or Stop to end the flow and open the

file.

• Save Current Text... saves all text

in the terminal window to a text file

of your choice.
