Control Trigger Mode
Definition: When Optoelectric Control mode is set to Control Trigger, input 1,
new master pin, and the trigger input pins are de-activated and re-
assigned as control triggers. When activated, a read cycle will be trig-
gered and—in accordance with their respective states—select from a
database of up to seven pre-defined optical settings of Focus, Gain,
and Tracking. (See Chapter 7, “Calibration Database.”)
Usage: Useful where different symbol types, sizes, and/or distances benefit
from pre-defined optical setups (focus, gain, and tracking) that can be
accessed ‘on the fly’ according to the combination of input states.
